For New Year's Eve, the fashion diva (myself) attended a HOT party with her honey - do! I centered my look on having a sophisticated, sleek style with rhinestone accents (and vintage clutch..thanks mom). But, instead of purchasing my dress from a high end boutique, I decided to go with one of our favorite local retailers...EXPRESS! They have a variety of dresses that will fit any budget (under the price of $ 100.00) which is fantastic during a recession. Trust me, there are times when a fashion girl wants to look fabulous without breaking the bank! To look fab on a budget, I make my decisions based upon the event; quality of the item purchased; and my personal style (making the look my own). So remember, it's okay for ladies over the age of 15 to snag a CUTE dress from a trendy store!
But I will tell a secret, my diamond earrings were a gift from my husband so I guess that was the most expensive item I wore that night...hey, they are a girl's best friend! wink
