Pink Hospitalized After Falling in Concert

Pink suffered a painful fall onstage at a concert last night in Germany. While suspended in a harness, the star fell onto a steel barricade, ending the show.

She will be alright, as she Tweeted from the ambulance (that's dedication for you): "to all my nurnberg fans... I am embarassed and I am very sorry."

"I'm in ambulance now but I will b fine."

The singer explained how it all happened and how she got banged up: "didn't get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade"

Pink's high-wire act nearly met disaster last night.

Again, she'll make it through this: "nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b*tch!!!" Thanx nurnberg :( "

Her husband, Carey Hart, added that she was "already out of the hospital" and "all good. Just got the s*** kicked out of her by the barrier."

In a recent post, we told you there were Olympians concerned with things other than taking home a medal in Vancouver. Such as selling their panties (and, no, not their specific undies on-line..) Allison Baver would be one of them.

These pictures are from a shoot for Muscle & Fitness Magazine selling herself in lingerie. And, according to one article, she's using certain types as good luck charms:

U.S. short-track speed skater Allison Baver wears “cute white panties” when she races. The have to be white — with or without lace — and just a little bit sexy.'

Then there's U.S. snowboarder Hannah Teter, literally selling panties (but not until after March 5th - damn those amateur athlete rules).

She's supporting the Haitian relief efforts of Doctors Without Borders by pitching for Sweet Cheeks Panties

Her goal is to move $100,000 of those. That should put a message across..

Pink Looks Glitter In The Air

If you found yourself getting dizzy watching Pink's astonishing aerial acrobatics on Sunday night's 2010 Grammy Awards, you weren't alone.

The singer herself was a bit disoriented by the end.

"When I do it [on tour], I don't have lights above me," she said of the act, in which she spins from silk drapes while suspended in the air. "Tonight, there were lights above me, so it almost went into a strobe thing, and I actually did get a little turned around."

As she was lowered to the ground, "I thought … I was going to fall on my nude butt," she admitted. "But I worked it out."

As if the acrobatics weren't impressive enough, the 30-year-old singer also belted out "Glitter in the Air" from her album Funhouse while in full spin. "I would say that no one ever has another excuse to lip sync," she joked.

Pink – nominated for best female pop vocal performance (for "Sober") and best pop vocal album (for Funhouse) – was accompanied to the show by husband Carey Hart. Asked if the pair – who split for a time but reconciled – were planning to renew their vows, she joked: "We never really got divorced. We really hate paperwork."

On a more serious note, she added: "Everything is really wonderful. It's full circle. My muse for my nominations is here tonight, and it's pretty funny. He's hot."
