The forthcoming Bollywood movie ‘Dil Bole Hadippa!’, directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, stars Rani Mukerji and Shahid Kapoor in the lead along with Anupam Kher, Dalip Tahil, Rakhi Sawant and Sherlyn Chopra in supporting roles. ‘Dil Bole Hadippa!’ is to be released on September 18, 2009, according to sources close to Yash Raj Films.

Rakhi ka Swayamvar - Rakhi Sawant chose her life partner
In the first ever televised 'Swayamvar' item girl Rakhi Sawant chose Toronto based Elesh Parujanwala as her life partner in a unique reality TV show the final episode of which ended on late Sunday night, August 2, 2009.
NDTV Imagine's ' Rakhi ka Swayamvar' ran 26 episodes before Rakhi Sawant made her final choice from the three finalists out of the original list of 16 contestants. The other two finalists were Manas Katyal and Chhitiz Jain, both from New Delhi.
'I have been watching Elesh from day one. On and off the camera, he has been the same and has really taken care of me. He is everything I was looking for and I am glad to have found him on the Swayamvar. Swayamvar means finding a life partner and I have found Elesh’, said Rakhi Sawant.
According to Rakhi, it was her engagement and she is ready to get married after understanding each other better off camera, Rakhi said after announcing her choice. Rakhi was in red and gold lehenga-choli and kundan jewellery looking like a perfect bride. Elesh Parujanwala was in white sherwani and turban.
Asked when where he would like to go for honeymoon, Elesh said that he would prefer Niagara Falls, followed by Disney USA. Garlands and rings were exchanged in the dramatic finale.

Rakhi Sawant - Rakhi Ka Swayamwar 2
Gossip news sources claim that Rakhi Sawant, the Indian dancer, film and television actress and television talk show host, who hails from a Marathi Hindu family, has received many thousands of marriage proposals and profiles of men within 20 days of announcement of her new reality show Rakhi Ka Swayamwar, which is expected to go on air next month.
Men from all walks of life and professions want to try their luck with Rakhi. They include businessmen, doctors, models and NRIs. It is reported that over 14000 men from around the world have sent their proposals to marry Rakhi Sawant after she announced a Swayamvar as part of a reality show on NDTV Imagine.
The TV show and her desire to marry is announced full-blast in video ads across the Internet too in which she claims that whatever she gained in life is through TV and hence she is looking for someone special through TV and she asks, “If you have that special thing, you too are welcome to send a proposal”. Want to try a hand? Hurry up, the damsel is being flooded with offers from suitors of all denominations.
There will be a series of selection procedures and the number of suitors will be narrowed down to fifteen grooms. Rakhi will then choose from amongst 15 grooms on the show and will take the help of viewers to decide on her ideal man. According to the TV channel, NDTV Imagine, Delhi has topped the list of Rakhi's prospective grooms with 2,600 entries. Mumbai follows a close second with 2000 entries.
Most of her would-be-husbands are in the age group of 18 to 35 years. And the men have to register and the last date for registration ends on May 5.
For those who do not know about the date of birth of Rakhi Sawant, in case they like to meet an astrologer to find out what is in store for them if they start out life with her, note this: Rakhi Sawant is born on November 25, 1978.
