The beautiful girl Richa Gangopadhyay was crowned Miss India USA 2007 at the 26th annual pageant held in New Jersey when she was a 21-year-old final year student at the Michigan State University, USA. She was majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition. She takes active interest in acting, dance, music, movies and spreading awareness about health and nutrition. In the pageant she also won the title of Miss Photogenic. She was crowned by the outgoing title-holder Ayushka Singh. Now Sekhar Kammula's Telugu film ‘Leader’ has become the launch pad for Richa in the Telugu film industry. She co-stars with Rana Daggubati and Priya Anand in the film. Wish her luck in this film and for her future career as an outstanding actress!
