Style Inspiration:Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie is a style icon to many: famous for rocking her special blend of boho chic which normally includes floaty dresses, sandals and oversized shades teamed with her favorite designer bag. Nicole is one of the most stylish stars in celebville, and even has her own fashion line, Winter Kate. I love her recent looks full of style and inspiration she is rocking this style .

WANT SOME CANDY ???

The Closet Candy boutique opened early 2007 in the heart of the high-end Salhia shopping district in Kuwait to bridge the gap between pricy high end items and highstreet steals and provide the spirit of shopping in a "stand-alone" boutique that at the time was sorely missing from the shopping mall culture of Kuwait.

Since then, They have introduced over 40 brands to the Kuwait fashion market – some to the entire Middle East and have continued in there commitment to deliver new brands to the fashion-hungry customers every season. To answer the demand, they launched there online store Closet Candy in May of this year and ship worldwide.

They carry different lines the contemporary American, Canadian and Australian labels carried online: 91 Venice, AKA New York, Anlo, Blue Life, Camilla and Marc, Charlotte Ronson, David Lerner, Daughters of the Revolution, Erin Kleinberg, Ettika, Fluxus, House of Harlow 1960, KAIN Label, LNA, Madison Marcus, MINKPINK, Myne, Nation LTD, Nieves Lavi, One Of a Kind, Parker, Radcliffe, Society for Rational Dress, Siwy, Torn by Ronny Kobo, Trash & Luxury, Vita Fede, Whitney Eve, Wildfox, Winter Kate and Young Fabulous & Broke.

Line We Love :Winter Kate by Nicole Richie Spring 2010 Collection Preview

Nicole Richie released spring/summer 2010 look book images of her contemporary line, Winter Kate, on her official blog yesterday. According to her blog, the collection consists of approximately 40 pieces: dresses – long and short, blouses, tunics, vests, bed jackets, kimono tops and more structured jackets, in vintage silk crepe and vintage silk chiffon, some with fringe and handcrafted embroidery or cotton macramé details. The collection is inspired by timeless prints and shapes; beautiful paisley and florals that have been vintage washed and some have been over-dyed for that classic feel. The line also reflects Nicole’s love of vintage and classic. If you’re a fan of the line, the collection is slated to release in February 2010.

Line We Love : Nicole Richie's first shoe collection

"Beside bags, belts and jewelry Nicole Richie will add a line of around 20 shoe styles to her House of Harlow 1960 label for spring of 2010.
Nicole's business partner, Rick Cytrynbaum, said:
'Nicole is designing everything herself. She’s totally devoted to this, and we’re creating a whole lifestyle around her aesthetic and what is true to her.'
The photos are a first look at Nicole's shoe line.
The Simple Life starlet marked her first foray into the fashion world with the hugely successful House of Harlow 1960 jewellery collection, and now she's expanded into a complete ready-to-wear range for 2010.
The clothing, which will be available exclusively to buy through my-wardrobe.com, naturally takes inspiration from Nic's ever-popular hippie-luxe fashion sense, and is named after her daughter's two middle names.
And featuring floaty maxi dresses, delicate chiffon and lace jackets, and tunic tops awash with ethnic-style prints, it's bound to be an instant sell-out.
But forget the clothing for a minute, it's the seriously fab footwear that's got us most excited.
The super-stylish collection of embroidered heels, cut-out booties, wedges, moccasins and sandals is set for release in January, and we can't wait to get our well-manicured tootsies into a pair.
‘Fashion should be accessible,' says Nicole. ‘That was my philosophy when designing House of Harlow 1960, and it remains my philosophy for Winter Kate.'
‘I started working on this collection in early 2009,' she continues. ‘The pieces can be dressed up, made casual, but most importantly, they provide the wearer a means of self-expression and fun.'"
